In New York, officials have apprehended a suspect in this weekend’s attempted car bombing in Times Square. The search for co-conspirators continues. But whodunit may not be the most pressing question at hand. The bigger question—around the country and here in Chicago—is how to prevent—and prepare for—violent attacks.
