The Obama Administration proposed a government agency that would ban business practices deemed abusive or unfair. ABA officials argued against the plan, saying it created an unneeded bureaucratic agency. A protest organizer says about a thousand protesters will be in town from across the nation. Rallies are expected to continue until Tuesday.
