Rep. Krishnamoorthi discusses Republican impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday opened an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, claiming a “culture of corruption” in the Biden family Reset checks in with a congressman from Illinois for his take.

McCarthy accused the administration of giving President Biden’s son Hunter “special treatment” in a criminal tax investigation against him.

The impeachment inquiry comes as both political parties are gearing up for the 2024 election, and it potentially puts Democrats on the defensive as the campaign season ramps up.
