The Chosen Few Picnic: The "Woodstock of House Music" festival

The Fourth of July holiday weekend is not only filled with sights of the American flag waving in the breeze or the smell of charcoal and barbecue. The holiday weekend is also filled with the sounds of House music. The annual Chosen Few Picnic, which drew an estimated 35-thousand people to Jackson Park last year, has been a tradition for the last 24 years.House music lovers from across the nation come to Chicago to enjoy the music of a select group of DJ, the Chosen Few.
