With more than a dozen albums under her own name, plus a duet disc with the great Chet Atkins, and a few “Best Ofs”, Suzy Bogguss is one of the best-known voices to come out of Nashville in the last 25 years. It’s been a great ride for the gal from the tiny Western Illinois town of Aledo. That ride continues with her latest release Lucky, a tribute to the legendary Merle Haggard. Bogguss plays selections from the album and talks about Haggard’s influence on her music.
