Illinois’ medical marijuana pilot program is already two years old and so far there haven’t been any pot sales…or even a harvest. When marijuana starts hitting the various dispensaries, only those eligible under the strict guidelines will be able to buy it. That’s where the so-called budtender comes into the picture.
