Manchin's Holiday Gift To Fellow Dems: A Lump Of Coal On Climate Change

There’s a historic climate deal in the Senate. But is it enough?

In a surprise announcement last week, Sen. Joe Manchin announced a compromise deal on climate, health care and taxes. The Inflation Reduction Act would allocate $369 billion over 10 years to fight the climate crisis — the biggest climate investment considered by Congress.
