Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanayahu began his address to the U.S. Congress today by reiterating Israel’s strong ties to the United States.  The speech
comes at the end of a five day visit to the U.S. that included several other speeches on the Middle East, including one from President Obama last week.  We’ll get two perspectives on where things stand in the region.  

Ilan Peleg is a scholar at the Middle East Institute and a professor of government and law at Lafayette College.  He studies the Israeli Right.  Ali Abunimah is a Chicago-based writer and co-founder of the The Electronic Intifada, a pro-Palestinian online magazine.
