WATCH LIVE: President Obama Delivers Speech In Havana

Capping a historic visit to Cuba, President Obama will deliver a speech from the Gran Teatro de la Havana this morning.

The speech will be carried live by Cuban state television, giving Obama a chance to speak directly to the Cuban people.
