The infamous sex tape that’s the crux of this case was shown in court today. It’s exhibit one. The jury watched the tape on a big screen and the public (including the media) watched on another screen. Lights went off in the courtroom and the blinds were drawn. Kelly appeared to be watching on a computer screen; at times he furrowed his eyebrows and looked slightly disgusted. At times difficult to watch, the tape was slightly shaky and a tad grainy. Prosecutors say the man is Kelly and that the victim was born in 1984. Kelly was born in 1967. They say the tape was made between 1998 and 2000. It’s about 27 minutes long. The female danced and urinated in the nude. There were video close ups of the female’s nude body. She performed oral sex on him. They had intercourse. More oral sex. They inaudibly whispered to each other. A television played in the background and the Blackstreet Boys came on at one point. There was kissing and more sex. And more oral sex. At the end, the man urinated on the female. No visible reaction from the jurors. They attentively watched the video. The defense says the man in the tape is not Kelly.
