It was no surprise that President Obama’s State of the Union speech focused on domestic issues and the economy. He did get to foreign policy close to the end of the hour, however the issues he failed to mention happen to be some of our thorniest. Elizabeth Dickinson, the assistant managing editor for Foreign Policy magazine, discusses some of those raised in her most recent article, “10 Global Issues Obama Won’t Talk About but Should.”
