Got ideas for how Chicago can become a better city? Tell the next mayor.
We’re collecting your questions for Paul Vallas and Brandon Johnson ahead of our upcoming candidates’ forum on March 30.
By Alex KeefeIf you were on a debate stage with Chicago’s two mayoral candidates, what would you ask them?
WBEZ, the Chicago Sun-Times and the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics are hosting a candidate forum between former city schools chief Paul Vallas and Democratic Cook County Commissioner Brandon Johnson. As part of our People’s Agenda project, we’re asking Chicagoans to tell us what questions they want to ask Vallas and Johnson directly.
We’ll be putting many of your questions directly to the candidates during a live forum at the University of Chicago on March 30, moderated by WBEZ Reset host Sasha-Ann Simons. The event runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m., and you can register for free to attend in-person or listen live on 91.5FM.
