What the end of Roe means for Black maternal health in the Midwest

Restricted access to reproductive care are likely to hit people of color and poor people the hardest. While abortion is still legal in Illinois, experts expect the overturning of Roe v. Wade to have a lasting impact on existing healthcare inequities in the region.
