Whole grain flour is in bloom

We are revisiting two of our all-time favorite interviews. First, we hear from Jennefer Hoffmann. During the first winter of the pandemic, Jennefer began waking up every morning before sunrise to take a dip in the icy waters of Lake Michigan. Over one year later, she is still doing it.

Then, we listen back to our conversation with baker Roxana Jullapat about her cookbook Mother Grains: Recipes for the Grain Revolution.
