Chicago usually gets around 30 inches of the white stuff every winter. This year it got 16.8 inches. Will less snow become a trend?

This winter was 4 degrees warmer on average than previous winters. Warmer air holds more moisture, leading to more precipitation but less snow coverage and snowfall.
