The fantasy sports world has long been dominated by men. But with every passing season, more women are getting in on the action. According to the Fantasy Sports Trade Association, women account for a third of all fantasy football managers this year. That’s up from 20 percent last year. And that’s important because the NFL expects women to play a major role in the growth of the league, and the growth of advertising dollars, in the future.
