Former Federal Prosecutor Preet Bharara Talks Truth and Justice

After leading the Justice Department in the Southern District of New York for nearly a decade, 
Preet Bharara was dismissed by President Trump early in Trump’s term. 
After leaving the Southern District of New York, Bharara has gone on to teach, host a podcast, and most recently, write a book. 
That book is called “Doing Justice: A Prosecutor’s Thoughts On Crime, Punishment, And The Rule Of Law. 
We talk to Bharara about what the law means to him, and what it means for our democracy.
