Albania held elections earlier this summer. And last week, Albania's new parliament met for its first session. But the opposition Socialist Party was missing. They decided to boycott because they say the election was marred by voting rigging and fraud. Kevin Lampe worked for the Socialist Party during the campaign season. He came by to give us some insight into Albanian politics.
