The 10 month moratorium of Israeli development in West Bank just expired. The problem, of course, is the stand off over the partial settlement moratorium. Netanyahu says he won't extend it. Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas says he can't continue without it.

Jeremy Ben Ami from the Jewish-American lobbying group J-Street thinks the time is now for compromise. Jerome asks Ben Ami why a partial moratorium might make or break the deal for peace talks.
