The dangers of the world's aging population

Ted Fishman

The world's population is growing older. In just 20 years, the number of people over the age of 50 will surpass the population under 17 for the first time in history.  This shift will have a dramatic impact on almost every aspect of our lives.

In his latest book Shock of Gray, author and journalist Ted Fishman explores the ramifications of the planet's maturing population on everything from the global economy to our daily lives.
