The southern Kyrgyz city of Osh sits on one of the main transit routes for Afghan heroin destined for Russia and Western Europe. In June, Osh was at the center of bitter inter-ethnic violence, which caused the death of a least 400 people and destroyed thousands of homes. The BBC's Rayhan Demytrie investigates the role the drug trade plays in the complex politics of Kyrgyzstan.
