The NATO summit on May 20-21 offers Chicagoans a front row seat to a conference of global importance. The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, which celebrates its 90th birthday this year, is preparing for the event. Today, Worldview talks with Marshall Bouton, the Council's president, about the NATO summit and the future of the transatlantic security alliance.
