Russian officials are on the hunt for Ruzanna Ibragimova, a woman from Dagestan in the North Caucasus region who is believed to be the widow of an Islamist militant. Russia has been fighting an Islamist insurgency in Dagestan and the North Caucasus region for more than a decade. Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia and Slovenia all say they've received messages containing threats of terrorist attacks at the upcoming Olympics in Sochi.
