Bangkok bombings, Iraq reform and Tango's African roots

We’ll get the latest on Monday’s terrorist bombing at Bangkok’s Erawan shrine from Pailin Wedel, an independent journalist. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has cut his cabinet. He says the cuts are meant to weed out corruption and provide better services. We’ll talk about the changes with Laith Saud of DePaul University. Music journalist and host of Beat Latino, Catalina Maria Johnson, will tell us about the Tango and some of the racial and cultural controversies surrounding its origins.
