Turkey shot down a Russian plane that it says violated its airspace. Turkey says it issued 10 warnings to the Russian plane before it was shot down. The Russians say the plane was flying over Syria. President Vladimir Putin called the incident a "stab in the back by the terrorists' accomplices."
