Artist Encounter: New Stages Amplified

GT/file

As a part of their Insider Access Series, Goodman Theatre presents a number of ancillary events around each production. Artist Encounters are discussions presented in the rehearsal rooms where audiences hear directly from the artists about their work in the room where the work was brought to life.

This Artist Encounter involves the playwrights who have work featured in Goodman’s New Stages Amplified Festival. Director of New Play Development, Tanya Palmer, engages playwrights Kathleen Tolan, Seth Bockley, and Carlyle Brown with questions about personal creative process, the challenges of getting produced, and the plays presented in the Festival.
