Today I bring you episode #3 of the 53rd Ward, a web-series produced by Schadenfreude (my comedy group). The series follows a fake alderman, Ed Bus, from the fictitious 53rd Ward as he campaigns for mayor of Chicago.
We’ve seen Alderman Bus deal with the media, come up with campaign slogans and barge onto a CAN-TV program, but today’s episode is all about fundraising. And instead of making calls to the wealthy, Bus’ campaign manager has a better idea: Produce a play.
