We’re continuing our weeklong series on Black comic books with Nicholas Da Silva. He’s the writer and creator of Dread & Alive, a Jamaican-inspired multimedia series including comic books, novels, and music. He is also the founder of the ZOOLOOK design studio and publishing company, and Irie Magazine. Da Silva joins us to discuss Dread & Alive, the influence of Reggae music on his works and the history that inspires his series. We’ll also hear some of the music that inspires him.
