Eddie Medrano is the Senior Event Producer for Chicago Public Media where he oversees signature events for WBEZ and Vocalo. Before joining CPM, he served as Associate Director of Production at the Chicago Humanities Festival. In addition to his non-profit work, Eddie spent more than a decade working in the music industry.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, he received his BA in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago. He enjoys collecting vinyl, cycling, watching baseball, and spending time with his family.
