Tio Hardiman is a longtime activist in the Chicago area. The former director of CeaseFire is taking a second shot at the governor’s mansion. He did pretty well in the 2014 primaries against the incumbent Pat Quinn, and he’s looking to build on that success despite the deep pockets of some of his opponents.
