Illinois ‘Cannabis Czar’ Toi Hutchinson On Legal Weed Rollout

In less than three months, recreational marijuana will be legal in Illinois with pot shops opening around the state. Last month, Gov. JB Pritzker named a new “cannabis czar” to oversee the implementation of the legal sale of weed.
