Last summer, Metra put up some cute-looking signs reminding people to refrain from certain behaviors on the train. The posters touched on things like noise and knocking into people with backpacks.

The agency has created a survey to find out which rude or unkind acts they should target in their next campaign. The Chicago Tribune’s Mary Wisniewski joins us to talk about the survey, and we’ll hear from Metra riders about the conduct of fellow riders that annoys them the most.
