By Kyra MitchellThe second Chicago International Latino Theater Festival, DESTINOS, kicks off today. It will run through Nov. 4 at various venues like Steppenwolf and the Urban Theater Company. The festival is produced by the Chicago Latino Theater Alliance and will bring together Latino theater artists and companies from all over the country and Latin America.
