Seven Generations Ahead is a local environmental organization whose youth wing, It’s Our Future, sent a delegation of Chicagoland high schoolers to Dubai to participate in COP28. Reset sits down with two high school seniors to hear about what they learned witnessing the debate over transitioning out fossil fuels, participating in panels and connecting research to activist fights against pipelines. Plus, one of their principal’s joins the conversation.
