#WVBus: Food Mondays - Virtue Cider

Greg Hall served as the Goose Island beer brewmaster for two decades. But in 2011, he left the beer world to dive into something new: cider. More specifically, he decided to brew alcoholic, European-style cider from apples and other Michigan fruit. During our recent #WVBus tour, Worldview food, health and culture contributor Monica Eng and producer Steve Bynum went out to Virtue Farms in Fennville, Michigan to talk to Hall and his farm manager, Johanna Bystrom, about cider, sustainability, and more.
