The Chicago Housing Authority is asking the federal government if it can start a pilot program next year to set time limits on how long a person can live on a Section 8 voucher. CHA wants a pilot program for 100 residents. The program would give them support services to help them move off of their voucher with an eight-year time limit. WBEZ’s Natalie Moore reports.
