Robert Falls Reflects On 30 Years Of Groundbreaking Theater At The Goodman

For decades, the names Goodman Theatre and Robert Falls have been synonymous. Falls has been the artistic director there for 30 years, and he’s a theater legend not only here in Chicago, but also on Broadway. He’s known for his innovative stagings of classic works and his zeal for new playwrights and new pieces. Morning Shift talked with Falls about his life and work, including his epic adaptation of RobertoBolaño’s novel 2666, which is on stage through March 20.
